Hand-crafted colour blended specially for use on the scalp, this pigment is used to warm the scalp shades.

Perma Blend’s Scalp Set is specially blended for the scalp. The quality of these pigments was formulated to last longer and need minimal touch up. The kit consists of 6 colours ranging from light grey to black and even brown. This also contains an orange modifier if needed plus a free bottle of Thin Shading Solution.
