StarBrite Inks

StarBrite Brite White is the ultimate white. Hands down, best white in the industry. Even artists that use other brands, use this colour as their main ink. This white really stands out when applied as highlights, in greywash, and is great for tinting other colours for excellent, gradient blends. Its opaque nature makes it great for mixing with other StarBrite pigments across the entire line. You will be so amazed on how bright this heals in the skin as a true white when using it straight out of the bottle.

Canary Yellow, at this point in time, is an industry standard and a legendary colour because of its extraordinary, vibrant look for many years after the tattoo has been healed. Not only does it saturate well into the skin but it holds up to the test of time. Canary Yellow is the brightest yellow in the tattoo industry, hands down, making it great for highlights, rays, glows, and much more. It is a transparent pigment and works well to blend with bright reds, greens, and browns. The mixability and versatility of this colour works very well with no struggling to get it into the skin. Most artists in the tattoo industry, regardless of what brand they use, will still choose StarBrite Canary Yellow as their go to yellow.

Country blue is a very vibrant mid tone blue that saturates very well into the skin. It works great as a medium tone in combination with all other blues in the brand. This colour has great mixing ability and saturation straight from the bottle. Blend with bright orange to decrease saturation in realistic work. Country is one of the top selling colours that has been in the Starbrite line since the early 90's and has stood the test of time with amazing results. The legendary Enigma Man from Show Devils is tattooed head to toe with a good amount of this colour.

StarBrite Colors Teal is a must have for your palette as it saturates so well in the skin and stays bright forever. It blends great with Blue Freeze, works amazingly with floral work, and makes Neo Traditional background pieces pop. It's one of many artists' favourite colours.

StarBrite Scarlet Red is a bright red that is great for anything; flowers, realism, traditional, portraits, etc. It blends well with Crimson Red and Lite Red and is a great consistent colour with easy saturation. All in all, it is an absolute must to have in your colour palette.

StarBrite Bubblegum Pink is a very vibrant and rich, lighter tone that blends well with all other reds including Deep Magenta. It is also great to use for all types of flower work. When using Crimson Red and Brite White with this colour, it will make your rose pop extremely well. This pink is also great for mixing with lighter flesh tones for portrait work.

StarBrite Battleship Grey is the perfect colour, with its white base, to be used as a soft grey background transitioning from a colour foreground. Using a few drops of this ink in grey wash sets will add a softer tone for a smoother shade. This colour can also be cut with a little water to make a nice wash effect.

StarBrite Lavender works well for some traditional, oriental, and flower work. This colour blends very well with Canary Yellow, Deep Violet, and Mango. You can add white to this colour to give it a very light, subtle hue.

Crimson Red is a very vibrant, medium, red tone that works well with all other reds. It also blends nicely with magenta and yellow to create rich colour effects and add a secondary hue to a black and grey tattoos. This colour works great for that satin look when doing any type of roses.

StarBrite Lite Red works great on traditional, realism, and blood work. It mixes very well with Crimson Red, Scarlet Red and Deep Maroon. This colour goes in the skin easily and heals well like all other StarBrite colours.

StarBrite Black Outliner is a true complete solid black that is perfect for developing smooth lines in the skin. This colour is a very versatile black, while it works amazing as an outliner it also offers even more in its ability to shade as a grey wash.

StarBrite Brite Orange is a medium tone orange that is very true to its colour. It will saturate into the skin with ease filling in any spots necessary. Brite Orange is nice for bringing out the contrast in flame work or when creating any type of lighting source. It is a basic orange that can be used in so many different ways whether you're mixing it with other colours or just adding bright highlights. This colour blends extremely well with Mango, Canary Yellow, and Brite White.

StarBrite Grassy Green is a bright, rich colour that has just enough yellow tone in it to blend out nicely. This colour is great for traditional leaves, hulk skin, landscape work, and more. It is a very versatile tone that can be used in any tattoo work. Grassy Green blends extremely well with all greens. This will work as a really nice highlight when mixing with Canary Yellow.

StarBrite Raspberry is a vibrant, medium pink colour that can be used with almost any style of tattoo work, especially floral and realistic pieces. It is one of our best sellers and adds a great value to any pink palette. This is a must have in your line of colours.

Lime Green is a neon green that is nice for adding highlights and blending out soft, warm tones. This is a good colour for mixing as a base and as a toner since it's a translucent colour and saturates with ease into the skin. Like all StarBrite colours, Lime Green blends very well with other colours and heals very bright. This colour works very well on the tips of leaves and other highlighted areas off of other greens, especially Grassy Green and True Green. Use this green with Baby Blue for highlights that will make the tattoo shine and glow. For best results, run your machine a little slower than thicker colours. StarBrite Midnight Blue is a rich, vibrant blue that can be used for cover ups and space planet tattoo projects. Like all other StarBrite colours, it will look amazing when healed and can be used for multiple styles of tattoo work.

StarBrite Shadow Grey is a versatile light grey that works so well for many tattoo designs and goes hand in hand with Battleship Grey. This particular grey works especially well when doing a 3D effect and highlighting the shadows of your tattoos so that it looks like they're floating. Cotton Candy is a light, pastel pink, great for highlights on floral pieces, cupcake tattoos, and cartoon pieces. It is a versatile colour that can be used for any style of colour tattoos. You can use it with white as a highlight colour and it has nice blends when mixing with Raspberry, Mexican Pink or Bubblegum Pink.

StarBrite Lite Skintone is by far the best flesh base on the market. It's so easy to build with washes and works amazingly as a highlight. This colour is perfect for portraits but it can be used for a number of applications where a light skin tone is needed. It mixes very well with anything, especially Brite White, Florida Moss, Medium Skintone, Dark Skintone, Lite Orchid, and Yellow Ochre.

Jet Black Outliner has a tiny, blue tint to it after the tattoo has been healed but is very dark and consistent. Lining with this colour is smooth and simple to get into the skin without the ink splattering all over the place. If you are looking for a thin lining ink with dark lines, then this is the one for you. Along with all the above, you will also see that Jet Black Outliner heals super quick, natural, and clean making it an all around nice black to use. This colour will go over cover-ups with ease making it almost like the old one was not even there. You can add more water to this black and make it more of a grey wash for lighter areas.

Tribal Black is a very, thick black that is perfect for any type of tribal work or when you want to darken any colour. It will saturate the skin with the blackest tones possible and is great when doing any type of cover ups. In addition to being a solid black, it is also very good for bumping up the contrast in full colour pieces where a deeper black is needed. You can also add water to this pigment and make it more of a greywash tone that you may need. This colour is one of StarBrite's top sellers that will come in handy when doing any type of tattoo work.

StarBrite Baby Blue can be used to highlight neutral tones like browns or flesh tones for a super smooth blend to make the tattoo shine.

Sam Chacon's masterful signature greywash series is a must for the artist that appreciates subtle shadows and fine detail. This set has been thoughtfully mixed into four different darknesses and includes Brite White for mixing.

Light Moon - This shade is the lightest of the Lunar Greywash colours. It is best used to map out and fill in the lighter areas; it is the most subtle grey of the Lunar Series.

Quarter Moon - This colour is a little darker than the light moon, giving it a light to medium gradient effect. It is great for light saturation as well as smoothing edges and will get you that nice soft shadow for filling in open spaces.

Half Moon - This medium grey tone is a step up from Light and Quarter Moon in the Lunar series. Perfect for transitioning into lighter or darker shades while being able to create any contrast you may need.

Dark Moon - This is the darkest shade of greywash in the Lunar Series. It is an enriched tone blended with careful precision to achieve a deeper grey almost black appearance on the skin. This colour is great for lining and creating smooth saturation in darker areas.

Brite White - Use this colour to make a light wash effect on any of the four greywash shades.

StarBrite Leaf Green does just that, simulates the colour of the leaves. Ideal for doing floral, nature inspired themes, and landscape tattoos. This green is very popular and also works well as a secondary colour. Mix with Country Blue to get a beautiful bluish tone.

StarBrite Royal Blue works great for some dark contrast effects on watercolour, aquarelle, realism, cover-ups, abstract and mixed media elements. StarBrite Lilac is a vivid, pastel lavender, mixed by Pro-Team artist, Mark Duhan. This colour is excellent for see through flower petals and generates the glow of flowers in bright light. Exceptional for lighting most purples. Lilac compliments Deep Violet.

StarBrite Purple Rain is a dark, rich colour that can be used in a variety of tattoo designs. It works great when doing cover up pieces and violet shades. This colour works hand in hand when mixing with purples and violets.

StarBrite Deep Violet is a dark purple colour that is very bold and vibrant. It saturates well in the skin with ease. When mixing with white, you can achieve beautiful lighter tones of purple. You can also achieve good blends when using this colour with Lavender and Purple Purps. Deep Violet works extremely well when doing traditional, realistic, floral, and Japanese tattoos.

StarBrite Dryed Blood is a very dark red that will give you that complete, realistic blood look. Add a little white to make it shine. Great colour to use on roses or fabrics for a soft, velvet touch. It mixes well with warm tones and neutralises easy with greens. Like all other StarBrite colours, it goes into the skin easy and holds fast with amazing results. The quality cannot be beat.

StarBrite Sunflower is a earthy yellow, mixed by pro-team artist Mark Duhan. This colour is used for creating realistic flowers and sunsets. Optimal for blending from orange to yellow. Sunflower is a great companion to Organic Orange

Deep magenta is a deep rich purple/red colour that's really great for floral work. You can get nice blends with reds, pinks, and purples. For a smooth soft pastel effect mix with banana or citrus cream. This colour saturates very well in the skin, with great healing results. It also works amazing for cover-ups.

StarBrite Vampire Red is great if you're looking for a slightly dirty red. It also works well to deepen up some of the oranges tones.

StarBrite Blue Violet is a light, cool, soft colour that is ideal for highlighting your blues and violets. It is also great for blending a purple background out to nothing and makes for a beautiful colour when doing flower work. This blue also looks really nice when doing sky and cloud tattoos, but works well on almost anything else you decide to do. StarBrite Steel Blue is a grey/blue colour and is great for making images look metallic. This colour works well for shadows and can be lightened with white and other lighter tones.

StarBrite Silver Magnolia is a soft silver grey, mixed by pro-team artist Mark Duhan. This colour is used for subtle lowlights or to achieve any dark white areas when tattooing realism. Try Silver Magnolia to blend from Battleship Grey to Shadow Grey.

StarBrite Banana Cream is not as bright and flashy as Canary Yellow. It's more subtle and is great for light yellow highlights and to fill in negative space. This colour also works very well with a flesh tone palette and traditional tattoos.
