Ordering information

Due to the extensive range of goods available an order form is not available. Orders can be placed online or by phone.

Please ensure that you have everything you need in your order before checking out as it is not always possible to add to orders after they have been processed. The best way to add to your online order is to make a second order online and let us know in the notes so that we can combine, upgrade or refund postage.

 Our Australia Post pickup is at 4pm, for the best chance of us sending your order on the same day place it before 2pm.

Operating hours
9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday.
Closed on public holidays and weekends.

Phone: 1pm - 5pm Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri.

Returns
Please do not return anything to us without speaking to us first. 
When returning goods, please include your order number and contact details.
