Orders and Dispatch
You can place orders through our website anytime — even while we’re closed.
Orders will be packed and dispatched in line with the trading dates above, so expect some delays over the Christmas and New Year break.
Good news — we’ll still be shipping orders on December 29 & 30, so if you’re topping up before heading back into the studio, we’ve got you covered.
We’re also offering local pickup during our open days — perfect if you need to gear fast and don’t want to wait on the couriers.
Please note that couriers can get absolutely busy this time of year. While we’ll dispatch orders on time, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed and will always depend on the shipping carrier during the peak holiday rush.
