Ted’s Miracle Balm is your one-size-fits-all solution for all stages of the tattooing process. Use it before, during and after tattooing to enhance your ink and help heal.
Inspired by rongoā Māori, this Miracle Balm is packed full of healing goodness. Kānuka honey releases proteins that help heal wounds faster, kawakawa’s anti-inflammatory properties reduce redness, while clove flower oil numbs the skin.
Pre tattoo it can be used as it is slightly numbing without the overpowering strength of usual numbing creams, can be used as a glide during and is great post care, reducing inflammation, speeding up healing and stops that itchiness with the clove flower oil. Also great for eczema!

HOW TO USE THE BALM?

How much Miracle Balm should I apply to my tattoo?
Less is more. Apply a thin layer of Ted’s Miracle Balm to your tattooed area. Gently massage it in to keep your skin hydrated, soothed, and protected.
When should I use Ted’s Tattoo Wonders Miracle Balm?
You should use Ted’s Miracle Balm during your tattoo to help reduce redness and inflammation. The natural numbing properties of Clove oil can also soothe the more sensitive areas.
After your tattoo, apply the Miracle Balm sparingly with clean hands, up to 3-4 times a day.
For the best results and to keep your tattoo looking vibrant, we recommend using it for at least 2 weeks. However, always follow your tattoo artist’s aftercare instructions, as their advice should take priority.

Why use this as pre-ink prep before tattooing?
Because dry, rough skin is a nightmare to tattoo on. A good pre-ink prep softens and hydrates the area so your needle can run smooth as. You get cleaner lines, nicer blends, and way less irritation. It basically turns the skin from “hard work” to “no worries,” which means better results and a happier client.
