Brett Stewart Tattoo Supply offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on Bishop Tattoo Machines. The warranty is for one-year from the date of purchase. For machines, the warranty covers manufacturers’ defects – it is voided if you overlubricate or drop your machine or use your machine in a function it’s not intended for. It’s also voided if you use non-authorized parts or attempt to open the motor yourself.
If your machine has issues within one year from the date of purchase, please have your original order number and contact our team where we will advise of diagnosis and next steps.
Bishop Machine warranties are handled by an Australian Bishop Service provider, the turnaround is time approx. 2-4 weeks from when we receive your machine back to our warehouse.
The Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner. Brett Stewart Tattoo Supplies reserves the right to make exceptions on an individual basis.
