The Neuma 4 Macro has the same mechanism and the same cams and bearing arms as the original Neuma 4, with a larger motor with 50% more power! This machine is designed for use with larger needle groupings, or for anyone who prefers to tattoo very hard and fast. The original Neuma 4 is a better option for most tattoo artists and tattoo applications, but if you desire the hardest hitting machine possible, this is it.
